Magic of the Night

This is the first story-comics I did, I said to myself let's try that in my life too, I started another one last year and stopped on an awkward scene ... 😳 ... maybe I will continue working during the year, I need to work on the plot of that story.
I guess this particular comic book will be more interesting because of a few drawings ;), but the plot deals with serious things, and this is a medieval witch hunt. If we lived in the same conditions as then they would probably burn me on a stake or hang no matter I wouldn't hurt anyone, because at that time the target was everyone who is different for something. Clodita is one of the characters who shares trait of being left-handed with me. ;) It's a shame only that many left-handed people had to suffer just because to someone it was weird that not everybody write with their right hand, so we were stigmatized that we were evil. :|
At that time mental disorders were also characterized as a sign that a person is "possessed by evil forces," sadly, some religious people still associate the religion and mental state of a person. In the story I also sarcastically wrote "suicide is the biggest sin" because I consider that there is a better way to keep a person away from the thought of a suicide than hell, especially since suicide instinct is hard to control after a while, but it is already a domain of medicine, not religion. It is unfair of seeing people as sinners and these who are not, everyone made mistake at least once and religion has a function to motivate us to act in accordance with moral principles, not to make us live in fear of our actions.
In any case, I don't see the priest in this story as a religious, but as a political leader, since he is the ruler of that place. He exploits his power and does things that force others to obey him, killing those who don't see the world by his eyes. I have never liked such a form of absolute power as it is affecting human rights and freedom. It's in vain to have the social order that serves to "bring peace" and actually brings fear into people who then fear their entire life not to do and say something wrong.

Priča nije pogodna za uzrast ispod 17 godina; sadrži osetljive teme poput suicida i samopovređivanja, nekoliko potencijalno uznemirujućih scena, kao i neke eksplicitnije scene koje su slobodnije opisane nego u mojim ostalim radovima (ali ipak bez ikakve vulgarnosti, kao ni do sada). Za bolje razumevanje pročitati priču "Umetnici žive zauvek" iz 2016-te jer je ova priča nastavak te priče. -------------- (Započeto 1.04.2024)   Pola sata pre ponoći, nakon poslednjeg koncerta: Svi članovi ekipe ulaze u minibus kako bi se odvezli do hotela. Sejdž sedi u zadnjem delu autobusa, pogubljeno zureći kroz prozor i razmišljajući kako da izvede svoj plan; primetila je da su momci iz benda sumnjičavi i da bi mogli da je spreče u njenoj nameri, zato je znala da nema vremena za gubljenje - uzeće paketić sa tabletom cijanida i pismo posvećeno Altonu, a zatim se iskrasti iz sobe i popeti na krov zbog slučaja da nešto ne prođe po planu i da tableta ne deluje, skok sa krova je ostao kao rezervna ...

This is the first of three stories written in the same notebook, which together make up one whole, although I see them as three separate stories, as they are. There are stories that are"paired" in the original notebook ie two stories are in one notebook, as eg "Sky and Earth" and "Princess Blackhaired". The story was originally supposed to be called "Mortica", however, the plot turned in the other direction. I'm not really a romantic person, on the contrary, but I know to write a romantic scene here and there, the fact is that most people search for love and inspiration is all around us. I just don't care about it, I already love art and solitude, it's complicated to explain to people around me that I'm not in relationship and, most importantly, I don't want to in one. Umetnici žive zauvek: do kraja

  Priča nije pogodna za mlađe od 17 godina; eksplicitne scene, teme suicida i pominjanje samopovređivanja, depresivne scene. Sadrži nekoliko potencijalno kontroverznih i osetljivih tema. Za razumevanje priče pročitati "Umetnici žive zauvek" i "Umetnici žive (još malo)", ova priča je treći nastavak te priče. --------------------- 13.05.2024 god   Topli avgustovski dan, rano ujutru; Autobus stoji na parkingu pre polaska, obavljaju se poslednje provere ispravnosti vozila. Sejdž, Alton, Ketrin i Adrijan prvi dolaze, čekavši ostale da dođu kako bi svi zajedno krenuli na letovanje koje spremaju mesecima. Sejdž (deci): ,,Jeste li proverili sve? Ako nešto fali tu je blizu prodavnica, nemojte posle da moramo da stajemo." Adrijan: ,,Sve je tu što se mene tiče, ne brini se toliko, mama. Previše paničiš kada ideš na put."
